Even cooler than the Corsair Xeneon Flex is the LG Oled Flex 42LX3QPUA. It does it’s flexing electronically through remote control. I was looking at both models and settled on the LG and couldn’t be happier.
If memory serves, the Corsair is actually an LG panel.
Anthony, now that is cool! Yes, the Corsair Xeneon Flex does use an LG panel. So, my question is… do you ever use your LG flat or is it always curved?
When I was upgrading my computer and monitor I was torn between a flat panel and curved panel monitor. I read where working on videos, photos, and spreadsheets the curved panel distorted the images somewhat. However for everything else a curved panel was the way to go. I really didn’t want to be pigeonholed to one monitor type. Luckily for me that’s when the Xeneon and LG Flex were coming to market. I almost bought the Xeneon but manually curving the panel didn’t appeal to me. Therefore, I opted for the LG but had to wait some time for my order to be fulfilled.
I find myself using the monitor in its flat state for most of my work but curve it when I’m taking it easy and watching YouTube, movies, and basically leisure activities. The LG is actually a smart TV so I have my streaming services programmed on it and can watch movies independent of my computer.
