In keeping with the functionality of the mechanical automatic, the X Series displays a self-winding movement that recharges automatically as you wear it. The dual-shell structure, equipped with a high-performance sport utility vehicle suspension system, includes a four-angle spring distribution to unveil the all-new CIGA Design anti-vibration capability.
The watch bands come with a spring clip for easy installation and removal.
Performance
According to CIGA:
The CIGA Design X Series integrates a patented automated mechanism embedded into a unique X-shaped skeleton – the core of the utmost sophisticated experience.
The look and feel:
Just like the previous CIGA watch models, this watch feels great on my wrist, with eh right weight. It works flawlessly and keeps accurate time. The compliments that I receive support my opinion of its elegance, sophistication, and attractiveness.
The following is a video of the watch movement from the back and the front:
From CIGA: “A powerful look and even more stunning at nighttime, X Series Super-LumiNova is where your senses come awake.
Note 1: In order to enhance the natural brightness of pure silver, CIGA Design does not offer Super-LumiNova feature on the watches from its Silver collection.
Note 2: Black & Purple version’s luminosity brightness is 50% as the Black & Orange version’s.
What I like
- The build quality
- The attractive design and look
- The included watch bands
- The quality of the watch movement and its accuracy
What I’d change
- Nothing on this model that I would change
Final thoughts
As I mentioned in my previous review, ever since I received my first CIGA Design watch, I have been a fan. I love the sleek and edgy look, and since I prefer automatic mechanical watches, this watch is another perfect fit. I wear it daily. I think the look is timeless, and once again I give CIGA a well done and two thumbs up!!

Short review. 😀
Succinct indeed.
There were some “bad” HTML tags in the review that were causing the whole review from not loading. It’s been fixed.
3 ATM is the least water resistance level a maker can assign. So I would be careful even wearing this in the shower. Also i am not familiar wit the movement so would love to see it put on a timegrapher to see its accuracy and if any beat error. At that price accuracy tolerances should be provided.
My Bad, I see the accuracy was posted (15 to +30 a day)
With its new X Series watch, Ciga has reached new lows; much delayed, including because they under declared the value to avoid tax, they are now sending out the wrong watches to people who have funded them on Indiegogo…in my case the Titanium/Blue version I ordered was replaced by a standard black/orange version worth $60 less. Frankly a brand to be avoided, no matter how attractive the watches
