Does your gear bag look like a nest of snakes because of a bunch of loose cables and cords? Mine did before I found Strapeez cord organizers. These 8” straps are made of a “unique attachment system” that seems a little Velcro-like to me. They are completely loops on one side and completely hooks on the other side. You can use them individually or string them together for bigger cables. They attach to your cable so they don’t get lost when the cable is released. If you want another look at them, check out the picture of the cables and other stuff I put into the LapTrap bag when I reviewed it.
A set of six in your choice of red and blue or all black is available for $6.95 directly from Op/Tech USA. They are also available from other retailers that you may already use. I’ve found them at Tom Bihn, Adorama Camera, and Amazon, to name a few.

Cute, but wildly overpriced.
You can buy that double-sided Velcro type stuff lots of places. One brand is “Strap-It™ Back-to-Back Fastening Tape.” Another is “VELCRO® brand ONE-WRAP®.” You can pay $1 each for the color die-cut gizzies or $1/yard when you just buy the stuff by the roll. I have bought it locally at a place that specialized in commercial audio/sound & light type items. There are lots of internet sources as well. A few yards will last a long time.
I recommend these Velcro mini-wraps: http://www.cyberguys.com/product-details/?productid=2508
They are tiny (and you can cut them short for small bundles), reusable, and very practical. They are also significantly cheaper ($5 for 25). I like them better than just plain double-sided Velcro on a roll; having a little slot where you can cinch the ties tight is really useful.
@Andrew H. Those are exactly like the Strapeez, except the Strapeez is 1/2″ wide. They ones you link to are only 1/4″ wide, but both straps are 8″ long and the double-sided velcro.
@Airdale I prefer the Strapeez because they are designed to be attached to the cable so you don’t loose it while you are using the cord.
