Some people spent Valentine’s Day weekend in New York City, but they weren’t all there for hansom cab rides through the park. Some were attendees at The 2016 American International Toy Fair, at the Javits Center, where KD Group introduced the Kurio Watch. It’s a Bluetooth smartwatch made for children between the ages of 6 and 12. The watch is especially sized to fit small wrists comfortably. In addition to standard watch features, there are kid friendly apps and games, cartoon character wall paper, a music player, a voice recorder that allows playback with amusing filters, and a Bluetooth speakerphone. The watch face is touch sensitive, includes a camera lens for taking pictures and videos, and the memory is expandable via a microSD card slot. The watch communicates via Bluetooth to other Kurio devices and Android devices.
Kurio Watch will be available at major retailers across the U.S. and online in fall of 2016. It will be offered in both blue and pink with a MSRP of $59.99. For more info visit KD Group.
