Add a microphone to your laptop with Samson’s new Go Mic Connect

Samson has announced an addition to their line of mobile friendly microphones with their new Go Mic Connect. The Go Mic Connect features a clip that adjusts to allow for easy mounting to the top of your laptop’s display or monitor. It has a cutout on the bottom edge of the clip that prevents it from blocking built in web cams. The Go Mic Connect can also be used as a standard USB microphone for tablets and smartphones. Using Samson’s Focused Pattern Technology™ and their Sound Deck software, the Go Mic Connect microphone’s pickup field can be adjusted to focus on a desired sound source and use digital noise reduction filters. The Samson Sound Deck software is compatible with Mac and Windows. Pricing and availability have not yet been announced, but more info about the Go Mic Connect can be found on Samson’s site.
