Antigravity’s A1 can now follow your ride or hike without requiring its Vision Goggles or handheld Grip Controller. Its new Watch Remote brings the drone’s live view and flight controls to your wrist, while a Ring Remote lets you move the aircraft with hand gestures. The $799 Follow Me Bundle packages both with the A1, and existing owners can add the wearable controls without buying another drone.
The camera still records 8K 360-degree video, so the view you choose while flying does not have to be the view you keep. After landing, you can frame the rider, turn toward a friend or pan across the scenery from the same recording.

A live view you can glance at

The Watch Remote has a 1.72-inch LCD for checking the shot, selecting a flight mode and handling takeoff and landing. Touch controls let you move forward or backward, climb or descend, and turn the A1. You can also change the following distance, height and shooting angle.
That gives the person being filmed a way to adjust the shot without carrying the original controller-and-goggles setup. The watch’s built-in satellite positioning also works alongside the A1’s visual tracking. Antigravity says the combination helps it keep following during fast movement or when the subject is briefly obscured.
The watch’s Bluetooth video link delivers a 360p preview at 15 frames per second, with a rated latency of roughly 300 milliseconds in open, interference-free conditions. It gives you a compact screen for checking framing and flight status while the drone records the 8K footage separately.
The specified watch video-link range runs from 150 to 200 meters in open, interference-free conditions, dropping to 20 to 50 meters with obstructions and interference.
Move the drone with the Ring Remote

Drag-to-Fly lets you reposition the A1 with the Ring Remote. Select a tracking subject, hold the ring’s button and move your hand to shift the drone up, down or sideways. Rotating your arm inward or outward changes its distance from the subject.
The watch and ring have to be worn on the same arm. In most modes, switching between position and distance adjustments requires releasing the button and holding it again. Drag-to-Fly isn’t available within Sky Genie shooting templates, which handle their own programmed moves such as Orbit and Fly Away.
Moving the aircraft changes the perspective you capture. Reframing later changes which part of that 360-degree recording you show. You can use the ring to pull the drone farther away for more surroundings, then choose a tighter or wider view during the edit.
The guards change the flying setup
The bundle adds Full-Coverage Propeller Guards that enclose the propellers. With those guards and the included high-capacity battery fitted, the specified takeoff weight is 351 grams. That is heavier than the A1’s 249-gram configuration.
This setup is rated for up to 23 minutes of flight, measured in windless conditions with video recording disabled. Maximum tracking speed is rated at 10 meters per second, about 22 mph, and the listed wind-resistance limit is 5.4 meters per second, about 12 mph.
The guards supplement the A1’s obstacle avoidance. Antigravity’s guide calls for a spacious outdoor launch area, prohibits indoor takeoffs and cautions against routes with dense leaves or thin branches. Choose a clear route and keep track of the aircraft while it follows.
A new bundle or an upgrade for your A1
The $799 Follow Me Bundle includes the drone, both wearable remotes, a high-capacity flight battery, full-coverage guards, lens guards, spare propellers, a crossbody bag and a USB-C cable. Antigravity announced availability on October 20, 2026, through its website and Best Buy, including 266 selected Best Buy Camera Experience Stores in the US.
For existing A1 owners, the Follow Me Accessory Kit is listed at $339.99. It includes the Watch and Ring Remotes, guards, lens guards, bag and cable, but not another drone or flight battery. Antigravity also announced a 20-percent existing-owner offer of $271.99; check eligibility before relying on that discounted price.
For an existing A1 owner who wants to film a ride or hike, the accessory kit adds wrist controls and tracking support without replacing the aircraft. New buyers get that setup in the $799 bundle, with 360-degree recording that lets them choose the final framing after the flight.
