MagnaCut is a powder-metallurgy stainless steel designed to balance toughness, edge retention, and corrosion resistance. But the steel name alone is not a performance test. Heat treatment, blade geometry, sharpening, and the finished edge all affect how a knife cuts and holds an edge.
