BOOX includes its InkSight stylus with the Note Mini C rather than making the pen an additional purchase. The screen supports 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity, and BOOX is positioning the combination for handwritten notes, sketches, annotations, and document markup.
BOOX also promotes the writing experience as responsive and natural. Those are claims worth separating from confirmed specifications because the Note Mini C is not yet broadly available for independent long-term testing. Pen latency, surface feel, and palm rejection can make a substantial difference to a digital notebook even when two devices look similar on paper.
