NEWS – I recently came across the Cozyla Calendar+ 2, and it struck me as something that would be really useful for today’s busy families. This is an updated version of their Calendar+ device. This digital calendar works with iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows devices and syncs with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, etc. It not only helps you keep track of your family’s busy schedule, but it also has a customizable chores and rewards app for your kids and has a meals app to help you with meal planning too! All of the boxes that you see above for the time, date, calendar, chores, grocery list, etc., are widgets. Some of the widgets are already present on boot-up to add things like the Calendar+ app, and others you can manually add to customize your device.

It is essentially a very large WiFi-capable Android tablet (Android 14) that has access to the Google Play Store. The 32″ model comes in a 1080P-resolution version and a 4K-resolution version. It has a touchscreen interface and comes with a fixed wall mount and a rotating one so that you can orient the 32″ or the 24″ device in portrait or landscape mode. Because it functions as a large Android tablet, you can also download apps like Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, Spotify, etc., to play your favorite movies, shows, or music. You can add widgets to the screen to easily see important information like the time and weather and view your Google Photos.

Interested? You can purchase the updated Cozyla Calendar+ 2 device from the Cozyla website (the ones sold on Amazon are the original version):

You can even add a magnetic frame for $99. It comes in three different colors: wood, charcoal (black), and rose gold.

  2. I think it is a neat idea if you want a big (BIG) walk-up home calendar kiosk.

My first thought would be to use it with Home Assistant or other type of automation solution.

  3. It’s like a really really really expensive version of the TRMNL

Much smaller — and a bit more complicated to more than basic calendars or snap-ins, but it’s also much cheaper (under $150).

I have one and I have it split between my son’s calendar (from 8a-8p) and just news updates and some elected comics.
