REVIEW – I have struggled with insomnia for years and my wife has experienced migraines since childhood. We are always looking for devices that will help with sleep relaxation and hopefully at least with the severity of migraines. Let’s see if this Bob and Brad Eye Massager Oasis 2 works for us.

The Bob and Brad Eye Massager Oasis 2 is designed like a sleep mask but with a lot more bulk to house its mechanisms. The outer shell is made of plastic with the touch controls on one side and the branding on the other. On the opposite inner side, there is double-layered padding for a comfortable fit and an adjustable elastic headband. On the lower edge of the front casing, there is the USB-C charging port. There is a charging status LED indicator next to the touch controls.
Performance
The Bob and Brad Eye Massager Oasis 2 has a built-in battery. I charged it fully before testing. The LED status indicator shows red when charging and blue when fully charged.
There is a double layer of padding on the inside of the device that makes it soft and comfortable to wear.
Using the Bob and Brad Eye Massager Oasis 2 is straightforward. Once charged, you power it on and the voice prompts take you through the standard and simple Bluetooth connection to your smartphone or tablet.
There is no companion app, so the massaging her and pressure levels are controlled using the built-in touchpad that you must memorize since you cannot wear the device and see the controls. The levels are simple and easy to remember but maybe peeking under the device on my phone to set the levels and choose or change the music would work better for me. The device provides nice heat levels and a nice gentle but very present massage. Overall, it does provide my wife with some comfort when she has headaches, but it is not really for me since there is a built-in 15-minute time limit and the device shuts off after the 15 minutes have elapsed. I would love to be able to continue with music since it also works well for me as a sleep mask. The sound isolation is well designed, so the person next to you cannot hear what is playing despite the device not covering your ears. Some might say the overall design is somewhat bulky, but that does not bother me. IMHO, the ability to program times beyond the 15-minute limit or to let it play continuously, and a companion app with enhanced controls would be 2 improvements that would add versatility to this device.

What needs to be improved?
- I would like to be able to continue using the mask as a sleep aid with just music beyond the 15-minute limit
- Could benefit from a companion app and feature controls.
- It can sometimes be difficult to see the white touch button icons on the white background.
Final thoughts
The Bob and Brad Eye Massager Oasis 2 works well when used strictly as designed for heat and therapeutic pressure massages. It also works well isolating whatever sound or music you are playing. IMHO, I would use it every night as a sleep mask if I could let it keep playing my sleep sounds either throughout the night or for customized timeframes.
