REVIEW – The POWERΛDD PRO 65W Laptop Power Bank is a convenient palm-full of power at an accessible price. It won’t overpower a briefcase, backpack or desktop with its weight or footprint. PowerΛdd puts ‘laptop’ in its name but it’ll charge phones, flashlights and other devices quickly as well.

Design and features
The POWERΛDD PRO 65W Power Bank is relatively small – It’s 2” square and 4.25” long, weighs under a pound and fits in the palm. I found it easy to carry or pack.
It has two USB-C input / output ports which are a nice feature because to charge the powerpack, you don’t have to aim for a particular port. Either will charge the pack.
There is a USB-A port for charging at 22.5W when you need that style of connection.
The device comes on when you plug in anything needing to be charged. It has a power button that will also power the pack on if you need to. Two quick presses turn off the POWERΛDD PRO, or it will turn off automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity.
Assembly, Installation, Setup
The POWERΛDD PRO 65W Power Bank arrived 75% charged. I topped it off and plugged in a phone to receive power.
Performance
The POWERΛDD PRO 65W Power Bank charged my phones at the ‘Fast Charge’ rate as you can see from this Accubattery app ‘Charge Current’ report. Charging at just under 3000 mA with the PowerΛdd Pro, I didn’t have to wait long for my phone battery to top off.
I have a couple of phones that have 5000mAh batteries so the bank should charge them from empty battery condition about 3-4 times. I don’t let my phones get fully depleted so I got several 40% to 50% charges from the POWERΛDD PRO 65W Power Bank before I had to charge it up.
When it was time to fully charge the POWERΛDD PRO it took some patience. Full charge time was 5 hours if it was nearly depleted. More often I’d try to top it off when it dropped to 50% or so.
I charged my wife’s Lenovo Ideabook laptop from 0% battery to 70% battery in one hour. I had been charging my phone with the POWERΛDD PRO so I ran it flat with that laptop charging task.
The POWERΛDD PRO charged my Chromebook laptop as fast as the plug-in charger that came with the computer.
What I like about POWERΛDD PRO 65W Power Bank
