  2. In what format will my scan be saved? Can I modify this scan? Can I measure the diameter of a circle feature that I scanned? Can I measure anything at all from this resulted scan?

    1. Here are the answers to your questions that Creality just sent me.

I just get the answer from our engineer.
In what format will my scan be saved?
      ply, stl, obj(with color)
      Can I modify this scan?
You can edit and merge multiple scans. and it can also be modified in other softwares
Can I measure the diameter of a circle feature that I scanned?
Not in Creality Scan software, you can export the scan and import it to other software to measure. Usually it comes with the actual scanned dimension and unit.
