Having a single device that can charge all these devices would be great. Enter the ESR 100W 6-in-1 Charging Station, an all-in-one Apple-certified MagSafe charging station that simultaneously charges up to six devices. Design and features
The ESR 100W 6-in-1 Charging Station is designed to eliminate cable clutter and streamline daily charging. It has a pretty small overall footprint (6.88″ x 7.41″ x 3.54″), considering all that it does. And it’s constructed using lightweight materials, including polycarbonate, ABS, and aluminum alloy.
The charger features 3 separate magnetic wireless charging modules. The 5W Made for Apple Watch Charging Pad is on the right side of the charger, while the 15W Made for MagSafe iPhone Charging Pad is on the left.
Below that is the 5W AirPods Magnetic Charging Pad.
There are 2 USB-C ports and a USB-A port on the base’s right side.
The CryoBoost on/off button is in front of the AirPods charging pad.
Around the back is the AC power input.
Rubber feet on the bottom keep the charger from sliding around.
The design is very user-friendly, with elevated iPhone and Watch charging pads, allowing optimal viewing. The iPhone MagSafe charger is positioned at the perfect height and angle to FaceTime or watch videos during charging. It can also be used in either portrait or landscape mode.
There is an LED charging status light around the iPhone MagSafe and a tiny charging indicator light on the front of the base. Neither is bright enough to disturb your sleep, but both can be turned off with a button.
Two unique features make the ESR Charging Station special. The first is its use of a CryoBoost Fan built into the phone-charging pad. This ultra-quiet fan and innovative heat-dissipating components cool phones by up to 5.5°F for powerful battery protection and accelerated charging speeds.
The other unique feature is its use of cutting-edge GaN (Gallium Nitride components) technology. It allows the charger to deliver up to 100W of power and automatically adjusts power allocation to ensure maximum charging speeds for every device. Setup and charging
Setting up the ESR 100W 6-in-1 Charging Station is simple because it uses an AC power cord and doesn’t require a power adaptor. I love that ESR doesn’t make you purchase a separate power adaptor for their product to work.
I don’t have a dedicated work area or desk, so I set the ESR 100W 6-in-1 Charging Station up on my nightstand, and it’s a perfect fit. I do most of my writing and editing in my bedroom/man cave, and having the ability to plug my MacBook Air and iPad Air into this charger while I’m working is fantastic. Thanks to advanced Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology, this charging station offers an incredible 100W of power for my MacBook and iPad via either of the two side USB-C ports. So I get a full charge in a shorter time, and who doesn’t want that?
This is the first MagSafe charger I have ever used, and man, was I impressed. So much so that I can’t ever see myself going back to using a non-MagSafe charger. I love how my iPhone magnetically snaps into place and instantly begins charging. No more having to search for that sweet spot for my phone to charge. I can’t tell you how many times I put my phone on a charger only to find out later it never actually started charging; UGH! I was also thoroughly impressed by the CryoBoost phone-cooling fan. Even after having my phone on the charger for a few hours, it didn’t get hot like my other wireless chargers. And the fan is whisper quiet. I had to put my ear up to it to hear it working. With MagSafe and CryoBoost, my iPhone definitely charges faster now. I also like that I can glance over and quickly see my iPhone’s screen while it’s on the charger.
Charging my Apple Watch and AirPods Pros was just as easy and efficient.
