EVERGOODS CHZ22 is a low profile backpack for office, trail, or travel

NEWS – I am a big fan of backpacks.  I use one every day to haul my gear to work, another when I travel, and yet another for fitness activities.  One of the backpack companies I’ve been keeping my eye for a few years now is EVERGOODS.  While many pack companies strive for a “crossover” urban/office/outdoors yet understated style, EVERGOODS is one of the few that I’ve seen that actually pulls this off, and manages to include thoughtful design features and high-quality, durable materials.   Their latest pack, the CHZ22, continues to check all those boxes (pun fully intended, considering the EVERGOODS logo).

The EVERGOODS CHZ22, which stands for Civic Half Zip 22 Liters is a top-loading style pack with an angled main compartment zipper opening that stops halfway down the body.  This allows for a low-profile yet generously-sized stretch bottle pocket on each side. It also includes an externally-accessible pocket for quick access to smaller items.   It has a compact, low profile shape and is available in two colorways, Black and Dark Khaki.  CHZ22 also includes a 2 inch x 2 inch EVERGOODS logo on the lower right front corner that is also a Velcro loop field that can be used to add Velcro hook patches for a bit of customization.

The interior of the CHZ22 has multiple organization features including a top security pocket, a larger mesh pocket below it, an elastic laptop pocket, and two rows of webbing to hold items like pens or knives, or can be used to secure items with a carabiner.  Also included are hidden low profile hydration bladder ports in each shoulder strap, which are part of the ergonomic shoulder harness system.

This barely scratches the surface of the features of the EVERGOODS CHZ22 backpack, which is a great size for an EDC office pack, day hike pack, or a travel carry-on pack, and is priced at an affordable $189 for a pack is loaded with features and quality.  Visit evergoods.us for more or to order.
