NEWS – Starting today, Plex is going to stream thousands of movies, shows, documentaries and musicals for free with ads. They will recommend more content based on your media collection, but won’t directly affect any personal content uploaded to your library (i.e, won’t put ads on your own uploaded media). This feature can be customized or disabled if you have no interest in it.
Over time they’ll be adding more items from many countries around the world, independent studios, and improved subtitle support. You can read all about it over on their blog!
