NEWS – I love bacon, but I don’t like the grease it leaves behind. There’s just no good way to get rid of it. I keep it in a jar in my refrigerator along with other leftover cooking greases. It isn’t that hard to pour hot bacon drippings into a Pyrex custard cup and wait for it to cool and solidify enough to drop into the garbage.
… and by that, I don’t mean to discard the custard cup. Just the solidified fat.
How about a tin can? But then you will need to have a can handy. I don’t use canned food very often.
