I know that there are more Bluetooth speakers on the market than there are people in China, but this one is a cut above most. I know the audio output port of my iPhone supports stereo.
But does bluetooth? Is there any reason to have two speakers in the wooden box?

Depending on the profile, Bluetooth supports stereo. (Profiles are basically sets of abilities and commands – headsets use one profile, speakers another, keyboards another, etc.)
I have a pair of AudioEngine A2 and love them. I would absolutely consider these if am looking for a bluetooth speaker.
I think these would be perfect for someone with a laptop.
