Or at least pair with three devices simultaneously. At first blush, it seems the Multi-Sync Keyboard from Kanex is designed to work only with Apple products, but reading closer reveals that this Bluetooth keyboard also works with Windows and Android devices, too. You can even use it with your Apple TV. This isn’t unexpected from a Bluetooth keyboard, but what is a bit unexpected is that you can pair with three devices simultaneously and switch between devices by pressing a button. This is a full-sized keyboard that has function keys and a numeric keyboard. Some of the function keys seem to be Apple-specific, such as Mission Control and the iOS Home button. It runs in Bluetooth mode using 2 AAA batteries, or you can switch to wired mode and use bus power. It comes with a stand for your smartphone or tablet and is available from Kanex for $69.95.

Macally recently announced one as well at CES. See: http://www.macally.com/EN/?page_id=16262
This is something I’ve been working for as I work with both a PC and a Mac and one monitor. This is a step in the right direction.

This is a great idea! I always use my Nexus 7 as a view only screen for video while I work on my iMac, so switching to it via keyboard sounds pretty nifty.
Logitech has had a keyboard that has done this for some time.
I’ve found it very useful it’s a Logitech k811 Bluetooth Easy switch Keyboard
Here is a review of it.
