June is Audiobook Month

In support of Audiobook Month, publishers are offering downloads (or streams) of great audio throughout the month – works by Hemingway, Milne, Twain, Jennifer Eggers, Sarah Vowell, Martin Amis and the voices of Jim Dale, Michael Madsen, Frank McCourt, and many more through AudiobookCommunity.com. Currently there is a free download of “King Solomon’s Mines” along with other shorter works. Registration is not required to listen to the shorter works and every Tuesday in June six new audio short stories and audiobook excerpts will be made available.

Thanks so much for the mention–there’s lots of exciting things going on over on ABC! Hope to see you there!

I haven’t listened to an audio book for many, many years! Maybe they’ll have something on science and astronomy, or maybe some scifi… I think I’ll take a look-see!
    Thanks!!!
