Tokyoflash is known for their unusual watches which require a learning curve in order to tell the time. When I saw their new Kisai Katana Link watch I was really surprised because at first glance it looks like a wristwatch with a traditional analog watch face. But upon closer inspection I discovered that the watch only has one hand instead of two. Silly me for thinking Tokyoflash would offer a regular watch! The Kisai Katana Link watch has a a mineral crystal lens and specially designed dial that will allow you to easily (easier than their other watches) tell the time even though the watch has only one hand. The hours are shown by the large markers like you would see on a regular clock and the minute markers between each hour marker. The hand has been styled to look like a long, single-edged Japanese samurai sword, otherwise known as a katana. The Link band has built-in Bluetooth to pair with your phone to provide vibration notifications for calls, texts, and alarms. The Kisai Katana Link watch is available in silver, black or blue for $159. This watch is also available without the Link band for $139. Visit Tokyoflash for more info.

so basically, it’s a totally normal watch, like any other watch with the minutes removed , you can only know the time up to a 12 minutes precision 😀
at least, they could have made it special by putting 6 graduations per hour instead of 5 like any other 😉
Hello, I’m looking for a Katana Kisai one-hand watch from Tokyoflash; or exchange for Tokyoflash Hanko. Thank you
