Mobile Edge announced a line of stylish, TSA-compliant bags for women at CES 2014. These elegant ScanFast Herringbone Element Briefcases are designed to look great while carrying a laptop, tablet, and other gear. The black-and-white herringbone fabric lends the bag an air of sophistication, and the black faux leather trim adds sturdiness. The interior has a padded computer compartment, and there’s a Wireless Security Shield keeps your Bluetooth Phone/PDA safe from scanners. The bag also has a zippered “workstation” pocket and file sections. It has steel fittings, padded shoulder straps, and a trolley strap for use with rolling luggage. Best of all, this checkpoint-friendly bag allows you to leave your computer inside while going through TSA checkpoints. The bag comes in two sizes: the Small ($99.99) will fit up to a 14″ laptop or a 15″ MacBook Pro while the Large ($119.99) fits laptops up to 16″. Both bags will be available soon at Mobile Edge.
