Redmi has officially launched the K100 Pro Max in China, and it is one of the brand’s most ambitious flagship smartphones to date. An enormous display for gaming
The K100 Pro Max features a large 6.9-inch AMOLED display with a 1,200 x 2,608 resolution. While the size alone makes it a phone designed for entertainment, gaming, and media consumption, the headline specification is its 185Hz refresh rate.
Most current flagship phones top out at 120Hz, while a handful of gaming-focused models offer 144Hz or 165Hz panels. A 185Hz screen gives Redmi a notable specification advantage on paper, promising smoother animations, scrolling, and compatible high-frame-rate games. The K100 Pro Max has a more capable rear camera setup than many gaming-first phones.
