They might be ugly but if they work as advertised I’ll be happy. For last several years I have tried many sunglasses insearch of pair dark enough for the mid day sun here in Hawaii. I’ve ordered a pair and will report back once I get them.

have been wearing the glasses a couple of days and can now give some feedback. The variable ND filters work well. It is nice to be able to make slight density changes as the weather or shade changes. After a while the glasses start to slide down my nose. I wish they had hooks for the ears to prevent this. But I am going to try a strap that I can tighten on the back of my head and see if that works. If not there are ear stops that slip on the arm I can also try.
All in all I’m happy with these new sunglasses. A little tweeking and they should be fine.
