REVIEW – Staying organized is a constant struggle for me and I am always in the market for products that are simple to use and help keep my family organized. When the Boogie Board VersaTiles message board became available for review, I quickly signed up. Check out what I think.

As an alternative for messy dry erase boards and letter boards, Boogie Board’s VersaTiles message boards are perfect for writing messages, notes, quotes, menus, reminders or anything else you may want to write down.

Design and features
The VersaTiles message board uses Boogie Board’s patented technology, a paperless LCD. It uses a stainless steel telescoping stylus like the included VersaPencil stylus or anything you have on hand to write on, as it is pressure-sensitive. I tested and found that your fingernail is a great alternative writing tool if you ever lose your stylus.

The VersaTile message board also comes with a built-in mounting strip on the back. To apply, wipe the surface and allow to dry, remove back liner and hold product against the surface firmly for 30 seconds. Note: the mounting strip is single use and not intended for use on highly textured or poor quality walls. The manual does mention that as wall materials vary, screw and anchor size #6 is a suggested alternative to the adhesive strip and not included with the package.
The Boogie Board VersaTiles message board does not need to plug in, charge, or use any electricity! It simply runs on a replaceable 3V battery. The battery slot is located on the back bottom corner as seen above.
As mentioned above, the VersaTile message board comes in 4 colors, for my review I got the ocean blue option.

- Add a magnetic strip or a stronger adhesive strip
- I would like a large size option vs buying multiple of this size and placing next to each other
Final thoughts
If you are looking for a small alternative to dry erase boards, the VersaTiles message board is a great option to consider! I love that it is mess free, doesn’t require being connected to electricity and is easy to use. My only complaint is, that for me, I wanted to use it on the walls of my office cubby and I found that the adhesive strip does not hold up on the course walls (as stated in the manual, but I had to try for myself).
