The ISOTunes Pro 2.0 earplugs are a noise reducing Bluetooth earplug and that provides both hearing protection and wireless audio delivery.
Featuring Qualcomm aptX HD technology, these ultra-durable Bluetooth earplugs deliver premium sound quality while protecting your hearing with a 27 dB noise reduction rating. They are also OSHA and NIOSH compliant and are designed such that you cannot damage your hearing at any sound level. They are also IP67 rated, meaning they are sweat, water, and dustproof. The SafeMax 85dB volume limit means you’ll never turn them up too loud.
A 16+ hour battery life makes them last all day on a single charge. Bluetooth 5.0 technology ensures excellent connectivity and clarity.
The easy to use controller features pronounced buttons and a rubberized tactile feel. The buttons are easy to identify by touch and provide a subtle click when pressed. Also housed in the controller is a noise-canceling mic for clear calls in loud environments.
The over-the-ear style of earbud ensures a better fit, more stability, and less adjusting than standard earbud. The tethered nature of the earbuds makes them less likely to be lost, although they do take a little bit of practice to be able to put in quickly.
The bass did not seem as pronounced as the ISOTunes FREE earplugs but did sound great. The earbuds are also a little lighter than the ISOTunes FREE earplugs.
The range of the ISOTunes Pro 2.0 earplugs was outstanding. My office is located in my basement, and I left my phone on my desk and was able to walk around the entire upstairs without losing connectivity. This was much further than I expected, especially considering it had to transmit through the floor and walls.

Final thoughts
Overall I found these to be really great earbuds. The noise protection is great for working in loud environments or when you really want to block out surrounding noises. I like the security of them being tethered together, which is an excellent feature if you’re active in the out-of-doors. It was refreshing to try a product that works just like it should and works well.

Good job, your explanation was spot on. I plan to work around my woodworking shop and still be able hear fellow shop members.
The ear plugs was more difficult than I had planned. But everything was new and I needed to work through the learning curve.
I bought these to replace my v1’s when the cable failed. They’re promising a better cable on the v2.
One correction: they’re USB Micro, not USB-C.
