We always travel with our dog, Teddy, and it’s a bit like traveling with a small child. You just pull off the carry-handle from the side, pull off the two bowls, and then unscrew the jar’s lid for the food. Each bowl holds 1 quart, so they are big enough for some larger dogs, too. The set is made of BPA-free plastics. Handwashing is recommended.
