I’m always futzing with the wires on my earphones and am always on the lookout to free me of that task. (I’m not into Bluetooth [shudder].) I bumbled onto this MiniWinder thang by Skylab Products (via SlipperyBrick) and thought “hmmm”. It apparently has a mechanism to auto-wind your earphone cables, though I can’t tell how it works. Comes in a lot of cool colors though and is only $15.

According to this weird sideways video, you fold the earphones in half, put the loop around a peg inside the winder and then it winds up the earphones inside the device.
Here is the video—–>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QrQXNUXHBNI
Another thing to carry around. Another thing to futz with. This should be filed in the uni-tasker-clutter category. At least it doesn’t use batteries.
Just saw a newer version, looks pretty cool. There is different video also.
