  2. If you are a believer in doing the right thing, why are you still shipping defective K1 units with bad extruders and hot ends, and then refusing to replace those parts?

  3. Great so creality rebranded for the new year because they have absolutely sucked as a company. They have non existent customer service, the products they were pushing didn’t work and they wouldn’t even back the product after waiting a month for a response. As part of their rebranding the should buy back all the crap they pushed on the market in 2023 and offer us a replacement printer. Creality was a big name in the 3d printing world, bambu is the future and they need to realize this. Quit ripping off the consumers due to your greed.
