There are a multitude of smartphone and tablet apps that help you control your schedule and track the tasks you must accomplish.  But what about those of us who prefer the old-school paper calendar?  You’ll probably have little trouble finding a paper calendar that meets your needs, but you’re on your own for organizing to-do lists, scheduling and tracking projects, organizing travel expenses, and the like.  With the Circa smartPlanner from Levenger, you’ll find forms that help you standardize how and where you track all the information you need to keep your personal and work lives in control.  You start with the Circa weekly planner in your master agenda, then you can add any or all of the paper “apps” that fit your organizational needs.  There are nine “apps” in all, including a project planner page, contacts, schedule tracker, travel tamer, and even “keep & share” notes so you can keep a copy of the assignments you delegate to others.  (Click the image for a larger view of these apps.)  The smartPlanner uses Levenger’s “Junior” size with 5.5″ wide X 8.5″ tall pages, so you’ll be able to fit your Circa smartPlanner easily in your bag.  Each “app” has two pads of Circa-punched paper (50 sheets total) for $10.00.  The smartPlanner system also has paper tabs (with room for handwritten notes) to organize your agenda, and of course, you can use Levenger’s other organizational add-ons to your agenda.  You’ll find links to the individual components of the smartPlanner system at the above link; the complete smartPlanner agenda with all 9 apps can be purchased for $68, and a 2014 calendar is $39.00.  You can use the system with any of Levenger’s Junior-sized Circa notebooks.
