I bought a similar tool for my wife a few years back and it got a lot of use…with a few caveats: if you actually prune wood, only small diameter branches…the saw saws kinda…the bark shovel works way better as a weeder…last but not least the steel is soft, so you will need to learn how to sharpen its components
it still gets used and it seems worth the twenty bucks
A “bark shovel” is used to prep plants for grafting, adding cuttings to the existing rootstock to create hybrids.
I bought one right after I read the review. Well designed. Saw, knife and clippers are very sharp. Nice case. Excellent value. Sweet outdoor gadget!
