  2. The device itself is just a standard USB flash drive; it just holds the real product, which is a kind of surveillance software. There’s almost no information on the website that discusses the specifics (memory resident vs. installed, for example) of that software (does it show up in Process Explorer?) or of how it operates (how configurable is it?). Someone would be better off going with a more recognized (and cheaper) product for the purpose like SpectorSoft’s offerings.

    The drive doesn’t stay in the computer. It’s just a flash drive that holds the installer. The surveillance is all done by software.

  4. Ah. I thought it was like a USB keylogger device. Its amazing how flash drives are replacing CDs as the distribution medium of choice.
