I received my Z22 for Christmas 2006.
The lower section of the screen has become insensitive to touch.
I cannot bring up the keyboard in alpha or numeric. I cannot use any of the four comand buttons so I can't bring up different screens.

I have done the reset multiple times and calibrated the touch screen. That works for the upper sections of the screen but not the important lower section.

Without the ability to key in new data, the Z22 is not very useful
