I really enjoyed the Harry Potter books as well. I'm sure you'll get alot of great recommendations.

Consider George R.R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" Series. The first book is "A Game of Thrones":

Another great set of books for me was the "Sword of Truth" series by Terry Goodkind. Start with "Wizard's First Rule":

Can't wait to hear what you think.

I also think the TyTn II (AT&T 8925) is worth trying with GPS, better video, large RAM, and smaller footprint than the 8525.

I also agree that the iPhone will get better over time as it matures.

Nice review. Thanks, Julie!

I tried the 8525 but did not keep it (a bit too large, slider was a bit too easy to flop open). The 8925 is much better (smaller, tension on the slider, double the memory and GPS). I'd still like to try an iPhone though.

The AT&T Tilt does alot. More polished than the previous TyTn/8525 and includes GPS.

I don't have an iPhone currently, but am not as concerned about the multitasking limits and want to see how it is implemented. Since the SDK just came out, we don't really know all of the limits or tricks yet.

I do find that my WM phone can become unresponsive and I expect it is due to multiple threads running. It's pretty frustrating to have a phone with a bunch of features, but I miss a call coming in. Not often, but it has happened.
