On Southwing SH505 Bluetooth Headset and SC310 Bluetooth Car Kit:
The SH505 is actually on sale right now for $25 (+$3.95 shipping). I figured for that price I can't go wrong if it breaks and I have to put up with a wait to get it replaced. I couldn't resist the temptation for a new toy!
Update:
Received the headset and installed the software. It was all quick and easy. Sound is clear (on both side) and the headset looks good too. The headset comes with an ear loop but I can use it without it. Also in the box is both a USB cable to connect to your computer (and charge from any USB device) and an AC charger which is a plus - you probably would only get one or the other with another headset. The Southwing paired up quickly and easily with my Blackberry 8300 and I was tallking in seconds after charging it up.
I think the touch-sensitive volume controls on my headset don't work (I haven't tried with another phone yet). The only way to change the volume on my headset is to use the software or to just change the volume on the phone. This headset may also be discontinued by Southwing (which is why the price is so good). I don't see the headset on thier site.
Compared to my other headset (a Soyo Freestyler) this one is MUCH better. The Soyo had a very large blinking LED that I ended up painting over . This headset is much more stylish and the light is unobtrusive.
I would recommend picking one of these up for a bargain price if you want to gamble on getting a good headset. Quality seems suspect based on the headset reviewed breaking and the one I received not having working "touch sensitive" volume control.

On Opera Mini v4 Mobile Web Browser:
I had to go back to Opera Mini 3. I really like a lot of the functions on Opera Mini 4, but I constantly get "Error 533: ...exceeded the number of bytes allowed per connection." I'm using the AT&T Blackberry Curve 8300. I think this is a more of a function of the Blackberry Enterprise Server limitations rather than something wrong with the software, but it really limits the effectiveness of the software (to the point that I can't use it). I believe that there is a Blackberry server software upgrade coming as well as an OS upgrade which will hopefully resolved issues like these.
