Logitech ZeroTouch 1

Ever dream of using Alexa in your car? Now you can with the ZeroTouch smart car mount from Logitech. The ZeroTouch turns your car into a connected car, so you can send text messages, make hands-free calls, get directions and control your music. The new collaboration  with Logitech and Amazon’s Alexa Service now adds Alexa voice control to its suite of existing features.

All you need to get started is an Android phone (not compatible with IOS devices at this time) and the ZeroTouch app which is available as a free download from the Google Play store. The app automatically opens when the phone is placed on the mount, so no more unlocking your phone and tapping through menus. All you have to do is wave your hand over the phone and now you can control it with just your voice. All of Alexa’s 8,000 – plus skills, like smart home features, weather, and news flashes are now ready to be accessed inside your car. Pretty cool huh?

The price of having Alexa as a ride along partner is $59.99 and $79.99 for the vent and dashboard models respectively. Not bad considering the only way to get most of these features is to buy a brand new car.

The ZeroTouch mount is available in three colors, red, white and black. Head over to Logitech.com for a full list of features and Amazon to order.
