The Talelight digital bumper sticker is a unique way to let other drivers know what you’re thinking without actually sticking an adhesive image to your car. You can purchase already designed “stickers” for the display or you can create your own (be nice!). The digital bumper sticker is priced at $129.85 and pre-designed stickers are priced starting at $1.49 each. For more info visit Talelight.tech and to order visit Amazon.

  2. Re-occurring costs? No thanks, what happens when company shuts down site? For $129 devices should not require any online requirements and costs.

  3. This is great! So I could display topical messages for the SOB in the Testosterone fueled mega truck who just cut me off on the 405? “Smooth Move Ex-Lax,” or something like that? You all say nice things about me in my obituary, ok?

    FYI, from their FAQ:
“We want to make driving fun but also be socially responsible. All sticker content will go through a review process, which checks for clearly recognizable trademarks or copyrights as well as other restrictions outlined in our Terms of Use.”

So, in other words, you buy THEIR stickers or wait until THEY decide the one you wish to create can be used. Am I understanding that correctly?

    1. Hmmm, that pretty much sucks. I didn’t think you had to submit your own stickers for review. I thought that was just if you wanted to sell them. The idea of the product looked interesting, that’s why I wrote about it, but their implementation and business model makes it a dud. Sorry guys.

  5. You can Sell your own stickers for “fun and profit” but it looks like they take $0.90 out of the $1.49 sticker from you.

  6. Hello Julie and All, thank you for your review and comments. Talelight has no recurring costs and using your own designs is absolutely free. A simple and quick review is necessary though to prevent from copyrights issues and obvious profane, sexual or similar content we cannot support. This is nothing different than what other sites managing content do.
There are so many non insulting ways to get your message across, possibilities are endless.
