Yeehaw 3D printer for kids

What is it?
The Yeehaw is a kid-friendly 3D printer that has been designed with safety and ease of use in mind.

Why do I like it?
I like the Yeehaw because it’s relatively inexpensive, safe and easy and fun for kids with no 3D printing experience to start using right away. Actually, not just kids, but adults can use it too. It’s powered by a mobile or web browser app that can print existing 3D models and even create and print new 3D models using blocks through a web app.

They sent me a prototype of the Yeehaw printer to test. Check out my review.

After the Yeehaw 3D printer campaign ends, rewards are estimated to start shipping immediately. Visit their Indiegogo page for all the details.

DUOKET

What is it?
DUOKET is a bag that transforms into a jacket or a jacket that transforms into a bag.

Why do I like it?
The DUOKET is an interesting tech garment not just because it’s a bag that can turn into a jacket, but that you don’t have to repack the gear in the pockets when you transform from one form into the other. Everything stays organized and in place.

HelloEar Arc

What is it?
HelloEar Arc are custom Bluetooth / wired earphones that have been designed to stay in your ears and remain comfortable for hours at a time.

Why do I like it?
Everyone’s ears are shaped differently, so it can be difficult to find a pair that won’t fall out of your ears when you work out but are still comfortable to wear for more than a few minutes. When you order a pair of HelloEar Arc earphones, you take a picture of your ear with a mobile app. The picture is used to find the right size and shaped insert for your ears.

HelloEar Arc earphones also have a modular design so that they can be used wirelessly using Bluetooth or wired.

After the HelloEar Arc campaign ends, rewards are estimated to start shipping in March 2017. Visit their Kickstarter page for all the details.

Easy Pocket

What is it?
Easy Pocket is a magnetic pocket that can attach to your clothing to hold your phone, wallet, keys, etc.

Why do I like it?
I am a fan of cargo pants, but it’s tough to find women’s cargo pants that aren’t too manly looking. I like pants with side pockets because they make it easy to carry my phone and wallet. The Easy Pocket looks like a genius way to add a pocket to garments that don’t have pockets in the right location or at all.

MyPocketMaster-titanium multi-tool

What is it?
MyPocketMaster is a coin sized multi-tool that is made of Grade 5 Titanium that can be used as a box opener, screwdriver, wrench, bottle opener and much more.

Why do I like it?
I like multi-tools that take up as little space as possible. This one easily fits that criteria. It’s the size of a coin and can fit in your pocket, change pouch or keychain without taking up much space, but it’s there for you when you need help opening a box, scratching a lottery ticket, opening a paint can and more.
