Wait, don’t laugh and don’t hit the back button on your browser. I know the image of a whiteboard mounted in the shower looks goofy, but stop and think about the times that you’ve had a great idea while showering, only to forget the thought as soon as you finished washing your ears. Ideas can flit out of your brain within seconds if you don’t write them down. I don’t know about you, but I do some of my best thinking in the shower or on the pot. TMI? Sorry, but it’s true. The Eureka! Shower Idea Board is a mountable waterproof whiteboard that comes with a 50 sheet notepad of waterproof paper for notes that you want to take with you. A special oil based pencil and microfiber eraser are also included. With the Eurkea! Shower Idea Board, your next million dollar idea, love note to your significant other or grocery list can be captured during your morning rinse. The Idea Board is priced at $16.99 and is available through Amazon.

  2. Can Alexa hear and understand you from the shower? If so, shouting, “Alexa, order more shampoo…and toilet paper!” may be a slightly less damp and more sanitary alternative.

  3. I think perhaps a waterproof voice recording unit would make more sense than actually writing in the shower. Just a box with 2 buttons, record and play and perhaps a minute or two of recording memory. Should be cheap enough to make…

      1. For some reason my shower curatins always tear…it would be my luck that this tear would occur right where my expensive electronics are placed!!

  4. Hi, Julie. I’ve been doing this for years. I have my SCUBA diving slate (basically a small plastic whiteboard with a pencil attached) hanging from a hook in the shower. Great for capturing that to-do item that would otherwise slip your mind by the time you dry off.
