I would have liked this when I had my old Galaxy Note 2; however, with my new Note 4, it now has a built-in IR blaster. and with the bundled Smart Remote app from Peel Technologies, it hasn’t blinked at anything I’ve thrown at it. It’s even working on my old almost 20 year old Panasonic TV.
