  2. I’ve had a basic Harmony 525 for years and it’s fantastic. Bit finicky to setup (all those years ago), but makes it so easy to “Watch DVD” (umm actually I can’t remember the last time we watched a DVD 🙂 ) , “Play Wii”, “Watch HD TV”, “Watch WD Box”.

It does go out of sync sometimes but easily fixed by turning everything off and resetting the remote.

  3. I had a Harmony remote several years back, but when one button lost it’s function and I was unable to contact Logitech for any sort of tech support, I gave up. It was too expensive a product to lose if one button broke.

But the touch pad could avoid that sort of problem.

  4. Got an email from Logitech Harmony about the new TOUCH remote. Clicked on a link and filled out the info. Says I’m 1 of 150 to recieve a free Harmony Touch. All I have to do is review it.
Now I’m wondering if I got scammed. No confirmation followup and Logitech suport doesn’t know anything anbout it. I have about six logitech products and all work well. If this is a scam, then I’ve already bought my last one.

  5. Harmony remotes are incredibly frustrating. Pay hundreds of dollars for a universal remote and find that there is absolutely no option to turn devices off in the order which you want. As a result it is useless to me. It’s an incredibly bad oversight on their part – doesn’t matter which remote you buy – they all have the same problem.
