This is another Kickstarter project. The Cube: Home for Your iPhone + Android is a cup-like charger and dock for your Android smartphone or iPhone. You simply insert the device’s charging cable through the bottom of the Cube, and it will be held securely in place to make docking/undocking easy. The shape of the cup is supposedly a natural, passive amplifier for the phone’s sound, too. The developers says it will work well as a stand for making Face Time or speakerphone calls. Early Bird pledges of $25 gets you a clear Cube; $30 is required for a colored Cube. After the special pledges have been claimed, a pledge of $35 gets you a Cube in the color of your choice. The funding period ends August 13.
