Lenovo promised Thinkpad Tablet owners ICS 4.03 for their tablet in May, and while there’s some conjecture on the forums whether they missed their stated deadline by a small amount, they have delivered. OTA3 is starting to deploy to Thinkpad Tablets with UK and Western Europe images, and so far the feedback’s been pretty good. Those who have rooted their devices have also reported success in keeping root with RootKeeper. US Thinkpad Tablet owners should have theirs around the 8th of June, while those outside these regions (Japan, China, and the rest of the world ) can expect their upgrade a month later.
I’m actually happy to wait as it means everyone else goes “guinea pig” before me 🙂
