Magic Jack Plus has its good and bad points. If help is needed, their Chat Sessions are just about useless-I have spent hours on it without getting anything accomplished. It’s advertised as not needing a computer; correct, but a modem or router is needed. Why would a person have a modem or router if they didn’t have a computer? One gets a lot of double talk from this outfit. Oh yes, I have MJ+ and am keeping it.
