It’s summer, and a lot of us will be spending time at pools, lakes, and the ocean. Life jackets are a requirement for many activities, especially for little kids. This reminds me of the scene in Jaws in which two kids with a cardboard fin are nearly shot by panicky deputies with rifles. It doesn’t seem like a good idea to me.
