  2. I taught my dog how to walk on a real treadmill. It worked Ok until she figured out all she had to do sit sit down then walk away!

  3. Nothing beats a REAL walk with your dog. We walk our dog minimum three times a day, 15 minutes per walk, regardless of the weather. When the weather permits (that is: dry or at least not muddy) it also gets a one hour walk in the fields or forests surrounding our hamlet.

Despite what people think, most dogs really don’t care about the weather, being cold, warm, dry or rainy. Mostly it’s the humans who don’t want to talk a walk in the poring rain… And that’s a shame, because the “pack walk” (as Cesar Milan puts it) is very important for the dog and how it fits in the family.

Our Jack Russel would probably be bored within two minutes, on this treadmill.

  4. I like the definition of large dog, my 13 month old puppy is 196 pounds and no he is not overweight just a BIG St Bernard dog.
