I don’t know anything about this particular mic, as I’ve never used it, but I want to say that Samson makes great mics.

My company uses Skype daily to communicate with our satellite offices, and we’ve standardized on the Samson C03U mic. You can put one in a 20’x10′ conference room and hear everyone clearly. It was easily one of the best productivity tools we ever purchased.

Now that to be a great mic for recording my songs I write and play on guitar! Hey it beat my netbook’s mic any day (that’s what I’ve been using)!
