The ElliptiGo is a strange looking scooter / bicycle style vehicle that can get you from point A to point B, while giving you a great workout at the same time. We’ve all seen elliptical machines at the gym, but this one isn’t stationary (unless you also purchase an optional indoor stand) and has been designed to work outdoors instead of indoors. It is propelled by an elliptical motion that emulates running. It looks like a lot of fun and makes me sweat just looking at it 
The price tag might make you sweat as well. It’s priced at $2199 through the end of the year. On January 1st, 2011, the price hops up to $2499.
