When your BlackBerry rings, check your inPulse wristwatch instead

The inPulse Bluetooth watch looks like a pretty useful accessory for BlackBerry owners. It functions as a regular watch, but when paired with the phone, will provide visible information about incoming calls, SMS and emails on its large 1.3″ OLED display. I can imagine how something like this would be very handy when your phone is in your pocket, bag, etc and you don’t want to fumble around to see who has just texted you. The only disappointment is that the watch is a one way only device. You can’t answer calls with it or respond to texts and emails. the inPulse is currently in the final beta testing stages, but is available for pre-sale at $149.oo.

if you could TALK to your watch like Dick Tracy with a bluetooth speakphone it might be interesting, but $149+tax for what’s basically a caller-id repeater seems lame.
