I’ve been spending a lot of time at the Sony website recently (trying to find out when my new Sony reader will ship), and I stumbled across a nice-looking dock and wireless speakers set for iPod/iPhone. The ALTUS ALT-SA31IR dock charges your iPod while you listen to music in two rooms using the high-output, premium wireless speakers. There’s also an FM radio in the system, and you can choose to listen to the radio on both speakers. However, the system is capable of sending radio to one speaker while you listen to music from your iPod on the other speaker. There’s a digital remote that lets you view metadata for your music on its LCD screen. You can even expand the system with up to 8 additional S-AIR speakers so you can fill your whole house with music.
