You can cover up the black Apple logo on the back of your iPad with a rainbow Apple sticker from CoolDecal for a cool, retro look. The sticker is opaque, so the colors should be true and bright. The sticker is only $3.50, so I don’t think it’s going to cover the entire back of your iPad. The CoolDecal store is part of Etsy, and it seems to be located in Hong Kong. Unfortunately, shipping for the decals is $4.99. Although they use air mail, you should still allow 10-25 days to receive your sticker. CoolDecal also sells skins and stickers for the MacBook and iPhone.

How long do you think it will take Apple lawyers to tell them to stop selling the old logo?
Apple is VERY particular about third-parties using Apple imaging. (And talking about third-parties, how come I never get invited to even the fourth or fifth party?)

I think apple should bring the old logo back. Everywhere you look Day-Glo is in style. It woudl be fun just like at a baseball game when the teams use their throwboack uniforms.
